We are a team of staff and volunteers who leverage their skills and passions to rewrite the end of the Climate Crisis story.
We are an alliance of the willing….of people and organizations pledging that they:
1. Accept that this is a Climate Emergency yet hope exists and we can rewrite the ending to this story
2. Pledge their help to support creating a Climate Solutions movement whether financially, through volunteering or simply spreading the word.
Our mission
To fast-track the transition to a thriving and regenerating world by empowering businesses and non profit organizations to deploy Food Waste solutions at scale.
Our vision
A regenerating world where society and nature are healing after we flattened the curve of ever-rising greenhouse gases to re-establish a stable climate for future generations.
A world where we have reduced our use of resources to produce food and where food waste is not a significant contributor to the Climate Crisis.

We are a ‘community of optimistic alarmists’ on the ultimate hero’s journey as we cross the threshold into an uncertain future to create a better world.
We are ‘ordinary’ people using our skills and passion to help create the systemic change needed to support innovations that minimise the impacts of the climate crisis.
Our Why, How and What
Our why
Our complex modern world has taken us outside the limits of the stable climate we have enjoyed the past 10,000 years.
During this period of climate stability, humanity has been able to grow and thrive. In recent times, we’ve exponentially plundered nature’s gifts of clean air, water, soils and flourishing ecosystems.
We believe we are part of an unfolding story of untold misery that threatens the wellbeing of future generations of life. We are in a Climate Emergency and need to transition urgently to reduce the impact of climate change and reduce the risk of runaway tipping points that could push us into cascading crises.
We believe a team of value-aligned humans can write a very different ending to the story.
Our How
We help other ‘Climateers’ collaborate and discover how to best leverage their skills and passion to support the rapid implementation of existing and emerging climate solutions at scale.
We believe that empowering businesses and non-profits to innovate and commercialise solutions will be the key to a fast transition, not just relying on governments and individual lifestyle changes.

Sustainability Advisor originally from France where I obtained my PhD and Chemical Engineering degree prior to migrating to San Diego. I am passionate about Nature and the environment, and more specifically about water and food.

We are looking to assemble a ‘dream team’ of passionate, purpose-driven and values-aligned people from around the world to establish a dynamic and agile organization working with speed and agility to help rewrite the end of the Climate Crisis story.
We have roles ranging from Advisory Board, to Leadership roles to Hosts of our groups and spaces for Climate Solutions and Regions. 40% of the company equity has been set aside for our Employee Share Option Program (ESOP). We currently have vacancies in all of our departments.
